Owe Money? You’re A Deadbeat

by Moody Jim Rathbone
child-support-sweep

these are the ‘good guys’

They want you shaking in your boots. If you owe child support in the United States, authority claims you are a “deadbeat.” People owe money for all kinds of debts, but that doesn’t make the person a deadbeat, nor are they called one. In fact, the current Administration wants you in debt to grow the economy, but most “deadbeat” parents with an average or less income don’t have any money to spend to support the dreams of the state. In fact, they don’t even have the mythology of the “American Dream” that American Presidents push like candy. They are too busy supporting the state and Federal government to prop up unconstitutional child support. It’s all about “justice” they say.

For example:

Early Wednesday morning, a group of Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies went around the county seeking “deadbeat” parents who have failed to appear in court for failing to pay child support. The nine parents taken into custody owe a total of $66,382.90 to nine children.

violation of due process and civil rightsIn fact, as far as these authorities are concerned, you owe them money. That is because according to Federal Law, you do owe the state. Child Support is federal debt per the Bradley Amendment for Social Security Administration. The Federal government pays the state corporations handsomely for collecting what debt they can, all backed and funded by federal taxpayer funds. It’s Constitutionally illegal, but justified by fed and state alike (as statute or policy) as they work together to pry money from “deadbeats” any way they can. The Feds may be financially bankrupt themselves, but you won’t have that privilege, if and when you decide to file bankruptcy. That is because President Bush signed eternal child support into law by modifying bankruptcy code. The state has all the rights. There is no way out in their eyes… you know, the death and taxes sort of thing. That is the sad path that this nation has taken – the path of exploitation, extortion and tyranny.

criminal conductIn this day, depending on the local authority around you, the sheriff is seeking to shame anyone that is behind on child support for any reason. They post your name, address and face on a billboard or online with your local newspaper. To authorities, your debt of child support is a public issue that is all your fault. The reality is entirely different. The state persecutes you because of corporate policy. You see, each court, each government department is a corporation that seeks to make money off of you. Many of them have decided that you will be cuffed and slapped in jail, with the expectation of coercing you to pay up your child support. The court doesn’t even need to be right. Much of the time, the ‘judge’ isn’t right – not even close.

kangaroo courtActually, these “family courts” are wrong 100% of the time. American ‘citizens’ are supposed to have Constitutional guarantees that preclude evil treatment by the authority of courts, family judges and those that take their orders from them. Due process has become fiction. Most attorneys are fearful of standing up for real justice. That justice certainly isn’t oppressing non-custodial parents, even if they are ‘guilty’ before the law (that means what they want it to mean). For that matter, human rights have become fiction too – even as the Feds point a finger of accusation at China or Russia. The Feds have made themselves the holy arbiter of ‘human rights,’ the church of morality. In the case of any court-ordered child support, your human right is for you to pay up and shut up. That is called tyranny.

Everyone is affected. Nobody is immune. They just think they are – immune that is. The only vaccination is to overthrow the tyranny.

Are Your Rights A Fiction?

by Imagination

graft and corruption doctorThink about it. We putter around endlessly trying to protect our ‘rights.’ We proclaim them from the housetops as if they are a badge of honor and in the end it’s as if we put those rights on our shoulders and dare for someone to knock them off. In fact, you don’t need to dare anyone. Somebody or some entity is only too happy to take those ‘rights’ away. You can name every ‘right’ that you have, but that doesn’t change the reality of the world or the next guy, the next public body that will take them away by proclamation or by trickery.

The truth is that ‘rights’ are a fiction, like many other things that men and women take for granted. Like nationalism and a whole host of other noble ideas, they are an imagination, a concoction of government and other ruling entities on any given level to get your agreement with them. If you behave, your reward is your ‘rights.’ Now I know all sorts of noble ideas and philosophies exist that allow for ‘sacred rights.’ It’s a bunch of balderdash designed to curry favor.

This says nothing about the meaning of the word privilege, which is often conveniently exchanged or confused with rights. Those are just as fragile and strangely enough, always determined by someone else.

How do you feel about this? What is the truth of this matter to you?

Child Support: Is Losing Your License Legal?

Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241
Conspiracy Against Rights

This statute makes it unlawful for two or more persons to conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person of any state, territory or district in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him/her by the Constitution or the laws of the United States, (or because of his/her having exercised the same).

It further makes it unlawful for two or more persons to go in disguise on the highway or on the premises of another with the intent to prevent or hinder his/her free exercise or enjoyment of any rights so secured. Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to ten years, or both; and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years, or for life, or may be sentenced to death.

By the way, a corporation is typically considered as a person under most statutes.

If Title 18 makes this illegal, why is this constantly allowed through government toward individuals, particularly for child support (loss of license, etc.).

Indefinite Detention: Political Washington Abolishes Due Process Protections

On December 14, the House passed the FY 2012 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). On December 15, the Senate followed suit – ironically on Bill of Rights Day.

Obama will sign it into law. The measure ends constitutional protections for everyone, including US citizens. Specifically it targets due process and law enforcement powers.

With or without evidence, on issues of alleged terrorist connections posing national security threats, the Pentagon now supplants civilian authorities. It’s well beyond its mandate.

Under Obama and the 112th Congress, inviolability no longer holds (even though we know the Bradley Amendment and subsequent law already changed this ‘inviolability.’). America is no different than other totalitarian states. As a result, no one challenging state power is safe. Not complying with any law can be seen as challenging that the state.

When President Obama signs this bill, it will damage both his ‘legacy’ and American’s reputation for upholding the rule of law. Too bad the world doesn’t consider the Bradley Amendment against the ‘rule of law.’ The US Congress is adding more bad law to the ‘rule of law.’ The last time Congress passed indefinite detention legislation was during the McCarthy era. President Truman had the courage to veto that bill.

Criminal Child Support Delinquency?

by E.J. Manning

child support checkThe Child Support System continues to promote itself as the salvation of family rights. The system says that child support payments help families become stronger. They claim to favor responsibility, even as they deny their own. As part of Child Support Awareness Month, the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services has released a feature on its website that allows the public to easily search a database of non-custodial parents who owe child support, in violation of their civil rights as American citizens. Undoubtedly, other states are doing much the same thing in order to curry favor, influence and cash flow. The government agencies hope that increased child support payments will reduce the need for public assistance, although this has not been proved. To them, it is all about stemming the tide of government welfare payments and they won’t hesitate to take money any way they can get it from those state residents that are subject to them.

So what is the grand promotion? The “Child Support Delinquent Payors Search” allows users to search nearly 53,000 delinquent non-custodial parents by first or last name, city, amount owed and parish where the court order was established in Louisiana. These sanctimonious folks want the name of delinquent non-custodials besmirched no matter what the cause. The system must be “right” through the authority of underground control mechanisms of eugenics and government control. To them, it is about evasion, about criminality, the definitions of which they will fashion to suit their authority. Anyone that is late with child support may ultimately be due for more prison than many murderers, rapists and most white collar criminals. The system wants your compliance and will do anything possible to put you under their thumb, even when the charges aren’t proved, but “alleged.”  Meanwhile, the national government speaks of the marvels of freedom and democracy as it bends and breaks its’ own rules. They don’t care. They see this as an opportunity to track men and women who evade child support obligations to the state. The attack against American citizens ranges from seizure of assets, suspension of driver’s, business, professional, hunting or fishing licenses, interception of state and federal tax returns, passport denial and contempt of court charges, plus whatever they can dream in the course of creating new law through renegade judges. You owe the state and you’re gonna pay. Never mind whether they commit mail fraud or break any law. They are in authority. They have the power. At least, that is what they have convinced most Americans. That is called exploitation folks.

Money is what the entire process is really about: a child support industry where the state receives 2 dollars in matching federal funds for every dollar collected. Non-custodial parents aren’t people, they are simply “payors.” Amounts owed by delinquent “payors” range from hundreds of dollars to more than $100,000. For example, Louisiana’s unpaid child support claims are about $1.2 billion, with approximately half of that total considered delinquent. Think of the money the state of Louisiana (or any other state) can generate from the government entrenched child support industry. Wily members of Congress often see the opportunity to win brownie points from a complaining populace of women that often fail to be accountable for their actions, wishing to push their errors off on others or to have higher authorities help them clean up their lousy lives.

The system continues to peddle their services to the unfortunate and the deluded. They can help everyone they advertise! Why? They like federal money and to receive whatever acclaim they can garner. They must justify their existence through undermining the American family and rebuilding society to their liking through the redistribution of wealth. Violating the rights of American citizens isn’t their concern, especially since these citizens have been relegated to deadbeat status. It’s time to stand up and be counted. Only you can stand up for yourself and the rights that a new age of government seeks to take away from you, even as they whittle away at the rights and privacy of everyone in the nation in the process…all in the name of children’s rights, which are non-existent in any founding document. Remember that the children’s rights movement was created by the eugenics movement, a nasty and racist underground agenda that has already done huge damage to the human race.

NOW Calls Fathers Movement Dangerous

How is it that a mother who seeks to eliminate the father is acting in a child’s best interest?

Helen Grieco “views the rise of fathers’ rights organizations in the 1980s-and the accompanying increase in custody disputes as bargaining tools-as a direct response to ‘the demand of the women’s movement for greater child support, which ended up costing fathers more money.’ What a skewed statement. Father’s rights as a movement has accomplished very little for the rights of fathers because of intense and brutish opposition over the years. The future of the movement shows some hope for restoring the rights of fathers. This is 2008, not the 1980s or the past. Clearly, Ms. Grieco feels threatened by any opposition, let alone the fact that parents have Constitutional rights too.

One parent better than two?

“While it is true that there are fathers who put their pocketbooks above their children’s best interests,” Rep. Shirley Bowler (R-River Ridge)” and the bill’s supporters ignore the obvious converse. If a dad may seek 50% physical time with his children simply to lower his child support obligation, doesn’t it also hold that a mother may seek 85% physical time in order to increase it?”

Why shouldn’t a father consider his pocketbook as important. Apparently nobody else does beyond a tool for exploitation. A father has become a tool for money extraction without consideration of human and civil rights guaranteed by the Constitution. When it comes to the court system, legal argument and parents, isn’t it ALWAYS about the money? Does anyone ever discuss the balance of human and civil rights in the equation? The rights of parents are rarely considered in legislation because money and “children’s rights” is government empowerment. The current public obsession of legislators is the “interests of children” over adults. The reality is that this is wrong and unfair. Civil rights have clearly been distorted by socialist-leaning agendas in their struggle for power, not for the true benefit of anyone else. The Bradley Amendment and Title V fits neatly into the current agenda of many politicians. Unfortunately, many “former feminists” have become governors and have established themselves in political positions to ply their views on an unsuspecting American populace. The happy beneficiary of this monetary abundance and expense is usually the custodial parent via the “ever-important” rights of the child.

Where Does Your Candidate Stand on Child Support?

Many Americans believe that 2008 will be the most important election of their lifetimes. Whether this is true or not, the state of affairs in this country makes your electorial voice is very important.
Campaign Issues 2008
The campaign issues website is for voters more interested in issues than in personalities and political drama. This is an opportunity to check out your candidates as you decide what is important to you. I would like to see the Bradley Amendment in lights as a relevant topic for the election. If there is enough public interest, the politicians will be unable to avoid the topic. Consider fighting for restoring states rights and civil rights in child support law by making your voice known. Demand your rights and create change for the better.
