A fugitive people within a nation is tyranny.

*Exploitation – Extortion – Oppression – Tyranny

Are You A Victim of Exploitation?

In political economy, economics, and sociology, exploitation involves a persistent social relationship in which certain persons are being mistreated or unfairly used for the benefit of others. This corresponds to one ethical conception, the treatment of human beings as mere means to an end—or as mere “objects”. “Exploitation” refers to the use of people as a resource. Exploitation can also be seen in social relationships where one person is “using” the other for his own personal benefit. Exploitation is when a person or entity of any kind is taking advantage of a person or group of people. This can take the following basic forms:

Taking something from a person or a group that rightfully belongs to them
Short-changing people in trade, usually through outright deception
Directly or indirectly forcing somebody to work
Using or forcing someone to do something against his will, or without his consent or knowledge
Imposing an arbitrary differential treatment of people to the advantage of some and the disadvantage of others
Using someone to buy or provide things for you and never paying them back.

Are You A Victim of Extortion?

Extortion (also called shakedown, outwresting, and exaction) is a offense against human rights which occurs when a person obtains money, property or services from a person(s), entity, or institution through coercion or force. Refraining from doing harm is sometimes called ‘protection.’ in this age, extortion is commonly practiced by organized groups and entities of any kind. The actual obtaining of money or property is not required to commit the offense. Making a threat of violence or oppression which refers to a requirement of a payment of money or property to halt future oppression is sufficient to commit the offense. Exaction refers not only to extortion or the demanding and obtaining of something through force, but the infliction of something such as pain and suffering or forcing someone to endure unpleasant actions.

Are You A Victim of Oppression?

Oppression is the exercise of authority or power in a burdensome, cruel, or unjust manner. It can also be defined as an act or instance of oppressing, the state of being oppressed, and the feeling of being heavily burdened, mentally or physically, by troubles, adverse conditions, and anxiety. Oppression is the systematic socially supported mistreatment and exploitation of a group or category of people by anyone.

This website, information and you

While people participate in these behaviors in many various relationships, people most often use government, the misuse of religion, and the misuse of business dealings- most notably through the creation of the corporation. Sociopaths and Psychopaths have entrenched themselves within the hierarchy of man to ply their trade of exploitation, extortion and oppression on the masses. Some of the information is public and some you must sign up for. This aspect of information services provided on this website mostly focus on the Bradley Amendment, a tool of oppression through U.S. Federal Law and U.S. Social Security. This was originally started by Dr. E.J. Manning, as he saw the evils emerging through recreation of the corporation, intent on world domination. This website is in his honor and all those that seek the freedoms of a more sovereign man. This website marks the descent of the United States into a new age of tyranny and a new global age of deception which pretends to relish diversity and peace. You can share all issues that relate to exploitation, extortion and oppression. You can write articles, share your opinions and ask questions, whatever you feel the need to do. Registration is required, but there is no charge for admission. You can share your views, opinions and life experiences here.

Today, much of the world has an underground fugitive nation of men and women that are being driven into oppression, fashioned into a tool of ‘responsibility’ that violates all the freedoms of humanity. We are looking for impassioned writers and contributors of all stripes to participate in this blog. This is a place of safety and learning for the exploited, the extorted and the oppressed, or anyone that despises tyranny. Join us today. There is hope. You are the future.

We have 16 intelligence agencies, a corporate government, massive unemployment, homelessness, massive debt, etc etc etc. In a moral, ethical society you would think that some of these intelligence agencies would be investigating organized crime, judicial, political crime, crony capitalism,
welfare fraud, medical and pharmaceutical corruption, collusion, insider deals, etc………..But apparently everyone is in on this sadistic joke.

I’m not a big proponent of severe punishment, but an honest leadership and level playing field would be nice. If you want to know what’s really happening here simply follow the money. Obviously, the wolves aren’t going to investigate themselves. I believe half of the information is disinformation and propaganda designed to overwhelm you and keep you preoccupied.

They have literally robbed me blind, and stolen even my hope. Once you’re stressed to the max, your health goes next. When you lose your health and hope you also lose your happiness. Honest and decent people are statistics and are sacrificed to the selfish and their parasitic predatory cannibalistic system.

History repeats itself despite our understanding. They (the powers that be) seem to be creating a monopoly on everything. It’s very sad, but if history provides any indication of the future then famine, strife, disease, genocide, and war are inevitable. All of these things must happen to protect the Oligarchy and wealth of the money brokers who really run this world.

You are the pissant peon slave servant, and they might have you believe that this is God’s natural intent. This institutionalized privilege and collusion can be witnessed in almost every sector of our society. It’s really a shame, because it takes away from your destiny and purpose. Life is short and precious. Now we donate our minds, bodies, and souls to others as a mandate. There really is no alternative or choice. You have to dig your way out of this pathetic control mechanism, that seems to have been rigged against you.

Protecting the power elite at any cost seems to be the rule of the day. We live according to their laws, they live according to their positions, power, money. I’m not trying to be negative, and I’m certainly not jealous. It just seems like there has to be a more meaningful, purpose filled, life and a better way.

I was STUNNED by this site. My ex husband is a psychopath. The damage he has done to my children emotionally and psychologically is bad enough but this “man” who makes 10 times what I do has continued to follow the sleazy, dirtbag plan to avoid child support that he told me he would follow years before we even got divorced. I have been on a mission to encourage some sort of legislation that stops scumbags like him from doing the following (his evil little plan he BRAGS about):

Just as he said he would, he:
_Got fired for not doing his job.
_Refused to find another job even though he has never been without one in the past 20 ,years.
    _Successfully filed fraudulent bankruptcy.
_Is in the process of filing fraudulent disability.
_is now living off of an annuity from a sleazy lawsuit.

I have been told by so many people that I should just give up on the legal system and go on welfare. I have said so often that there should be a law that prohibits these “men” from taking all of these steps to avoid taking care of the pesky little children that they want to forget about and not help take care of. Today I found out there is. ITS CALLED THE BRADLEY AMENDMENT AND PEOPLE LIKE YOU ARE ACTUALLY TRYING TO REPEAL IT.
Well people, you have fueled my fire. I am now getting into politics!

    • Join the club of politicians and continue to be frustrated… All that you have stated does not dignify your lack of respect for the US Constitution (and what the nation pretends that it is), nor the multiple violations of civil rights every time the rights of another are violated. You may well be resentful, even justly so, but this will not support a false reality of justice. The Bradley Amendment should be repealed, but will not be as long as politicians bow, cater and fear the image of mother and child worship that Babylon started millenniums ago (and what the UN supports) – over what the nation was founded on (or claims to be founded on).

  3. My husband is a victim as well. We’ve been battling the state of Missouri since 2009. His daughter was born in 2007, right before the bill passed for no jail time….now, the state wants to give him 120 days, because they want him to pay $469 a month, by the 15th, until he’s caught up….he’s now up to $13,000 + with court costs….I’m disabled with congeintial heart disease….I’m overly stressed, carless, his case is 45 minutes away (one trip), and they don’t care. They won’t even give him his hardship license because that’s the only type of job where he’ll get paid over $8/hr, so the income increase (even though his payments are set, I still get his gross taken out of my SSI)…..don’t make me loose my medical coverage.

VAWA AND CHILD SUPPORT ARE PRIMARY MECHANISMS BY WHICH WORKING MEN ARE ENSLAVED, RESPONSIBLE MEN ARE IMPOVERISHED, INNOCENT MEN ARE IMPRISONED, INFIRM MEN ARE DENIED HEALTH CARE, POTENTIAL SCHOLARS ARE DENIED EDUCATIONS, PERSECUTED MEN ARE DENIED PASSPORTS AND FREE MEN ARE KILLED

1/29 States, family courts and their officers, representatives of the Divorce Industry, feminists and others encourage mothers and other women to make false allegations of domestic violence, rape and child abuse against men and then divorce them

2/29 During the past forty-five years, more than forty-million children have been forcibly separated from more than twenty-five-million fathers, many instances rationalized by false allegations of domestic violence, rape and child abuse against the men

3/29 After fathers and children have been separated, states award custody to mothers, order fathers to pay child support exceeding cost of raising children by many multiples and that which fathers should pay by many multiples more and then exchange the child support and federal subsidies attached to laws like VAWA and CAPTA with mothers, women and feminists for votes and absolute power

4/29 Feminists use absolute power and lie that they have greater need for health care even though science and facts show otherwise (ie more women die and die earlier than men of cardiovascular disease and more women are victims of domestic violence than men)

5/29 With those lies, women and feminists coerce legislators to appropriate more financial resources to their life-style choices, giving them more access to health care at the preclusion of access for men to much needed and critical health care resources

6/29 Legislators oblige women and feminists with budgets for health care which exceed that of men by many multiples (ie federal budget for women’s health exceeded that for men by a multiple of fifteen), stealing funds from men to pay for it and precluding men from access to needed health care

7/29 As a result of this dynamic, women live seven years longer than men and have higher standards of living

8/29 The US incarcerates more men per capita than almost any other country in the history of the world and women represent less than five-percent of inmates

9/29 Women are responsible for most domestic violence and child abuse and many other crimes but receive shorter sentences for the same crimes if they are sentenced at all

10/29 Many innocent men are in prison because they were accused falsely by women of crimes like rape and domestic violence

11/29 More than fifty-thousand men are in prison for child support arrears

12/29 In direct response to persecution by family courts and child support enforcement, associated false allegations, imposition and oppression, more than 250,000 fathers have committed suicide

13/29 An additional 850,000 men have committed suicide and many of these instances likely concern persecution too or false allegations but reasons are undocumented

14/29 Almost none of these men suffer any chronic mental illness but were denied any benefits of living in society and suicide was their best if not only choice

15/29 Incidence of suicide among women is approximately one-quarter that among men and almost no instances are or ever have been in response to divorce, child support, family law or persecution by the government

16/29 In fact, imposition of family law, child support and the government upon women in any way throughout history of the US has never even come close to imposition upon men, including imprisonment, suspension of passports and driver licenses, and denial of public assistance

17/29 Because of child support and Title IX and other developments, men have no incentive to pursue and are precluded from educations and the ratio of men to women at university presently approximates 2:3

18/29 Also because they don’t live as long and owe child support, men do not benefit from programs concerning public assistance to which they contributed disproportionately more than women and feminists

19/29 Approximately 95% of homeless are men and more than 50% of those in poverty are men

20/29 Adjusted for hazard, hours worked, tenure, education, child support, taxes and many other variables, men are paid considerably less than women

21/29 Women get paid more and consume approximately 85% of resources as concluded by many marketing and government studies and men are sent to die in endless wars to satisfy that excessive consumption

22/29 The government wants women fighting in combat because it knows they can be more easily manipulated than men to kill their own citizens and even men in their own ranks (just look at how good the government has been at destroying families and fathers and children by paying mothers, other women and feminists to do it)

23/29 Men don’t live as long, many are in prison, they are denied educations to improve themselves so women and feminists who comprise a growing majority of the population and electorate vote themselves more entitlements with no responsibility and at the further expense of men

24/29 The feminist police state metastasizes, men are without incentive to work and are actually punished for it, women don’t work despite excessive entitlements, our infrastructure falls apart, and the economy collapses

25/29 Our government doesn’t just fail to compensate men for their labor but actively punishes them while it doesn’t just fail to punish women for egregious criminal behavior but actively rewards them

26/29 Any economic recovery is nothing but the involuntary sacrifice of the lives of men and the transfer of their wealth to women and feminists in exchange for absolute power and control which corrupts absolutely

27/29 A growing number of men are denied passports with which to escape their persecutors

28/29 Women have always been the most privileged population in the US but now they aren’t just privileged but predatory, opportunistic and parasitic, enslaving men to their solipsism and chronic victimhood

29/29 Feminism is a hate movement which can be stopped only by force

Im starting a petition to keep it indefinitely. You have NO IDEA what some women go through when psychopaths throw their families away and move on.
I DARE you to go to PsychopathFree.com

I am not a liberal, nor a democrat or a feminist. I am a very hardworking Christian conservative mother who never did ANYTHING to the evil man who viewed marriage as a con game. I have to have a job where I can take off at any time to take care of ALL of the responsibilities if four children. Their deadbeat father lives two minutes up the road in his big house with no job and wont even pick up any of the children at school if any of them are sick and I am in the next county for work. He flouts his nonpaying of child support and frequently posts his vacations, cruises and purchases on line. I guess you are in his corner. That poor man!
The Bradley Amendment gives me hope of not having to go on welfare.

      • The Bradley Amendment is not an answer to the violation of civil rights and the Constitution (if that matters anymore). The Bradley Amendment is not a real answer to the child support debacle in the United States (or anywhere else). I also believe that SOCIOPATH is a far more reasonable designation than psychopath, which many more women seem to qualify for where children and family are concerned. What needs to be inculcated in the American family is respect. Instead, culture and society supported by the government line demands the opposite. The result is what you have. Feminism and hatred of men is what it is, pure and simple.

Labeling a husband or ex-lover as a psychopath simply demonstrates personal hysteria and hatred. It does not dignify you or your statement. You still have remedies under the ‘rule of law’ such as they are – and the courts tend to be on the side of the custodial parent-mother, even when this is not justified.

Love your kids and stop running down father in the eyes of the children, as you pursue legal remedy like others must. Continuing to run down the role of fatherhood because of bad choices and personal experience will only destroy you and the children. You won’t realize the carnage until it is too late.

The California Supreme Court recently ruled in the Elkins case that the systematic way in which family law judges denied parties from presenting witnesses in family court over the last few decades was a violation of due process. The Court further modified court rules so now local judges are REQUIRED to allow presentation of witnesses at support and custody hearings. Of course, my attorney ask to present witnesses, but I was denied (I have the transcript) the right by the judge, in 2007, to present witnesses and a support judgment was entered against me that now totals $290,000 – even though my annual self-employed income has been about $40,000 for over 15 years. I have $100,000 owing in back taxes, which even the IRS and state authorities can’t collect from me because support gets paid first. After a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy I was also ordered by the Bankruptcy Court to pay another $85,000 that I can’t pay. So, my incorrect support order from 2008 was issued in an atmosphere in which the California Supreme Court says my due process rights were violated. I remember when the US Supreme Court said the death penalty violated the due process rights of accused murderers back in the 1970s, and Charles Manson got a reprieve from the electric chair.

The California Family Court system now admits it habitually violated parents’ due process rights before 2011, but they sure are not letting me retroactively modify my 2007 support order because the federal Bradley Amendment prohibits retroactive modification of child support even if the you are Saddam Hussein’s prisoner, locked up in jail, find out later that a DNA test says the kid wasn’t your, and if the family court makes a mistake and calculates your support 10 times higher than you are able to pay. And Charles Manson has much better dental care than I do. Frankly I would rather be a nigger in Django who got whipped and then eventually escapes because from the FAMILY LAW SYSTEM there is no escape when you are a nigger on their plantation. I don’t ever want to hear a black person tell me that I don’t know what it’s like to be black. California has made me a fugitive nigger with no rights and no bank accounts. I now know what it feels like to be a nigger.

Thank you California, and Thank you Bill Bradley, you smug asshole. I like the title of your book, Bill, “We all Can do Better.” Well, Bill, you can do better by using your senator emeritus status and your smug attitude to recommend immediate repeal of the Bradley Amendment and return absolute authority to local family law judges and let local family law judges decide what is best for families in their respective counties, and get Congress the fuck out of family law. Congress and the states can’t even pay their own bills, so how do they have the money to pay the salaries and big fat pensions of the district attorneys who are threatening me with court action, garnishing my accounts, and suspending my licenses. Save money, make government smaller, and let counties decide family law issues for their citizens. Now is the time.

I’ve just read all the comments posted here and just realized that I am also a victim of the Bradley Amendment since February 21, 2006. I am a resident of Hawai’i but needs to make payments to the Texas Office of the Attorney General since my ex wife lives with my daughter and her husband there in Texas. I served 8 honorable years in the Navy and currently attending college to make myself more marketable for better employment. However, I am currently unemployed, unable to make the payments but was threated with possible legal action (ie. imprisonment) if I cannot make a payment of $4,950 by January 21, 2013. I wish this type of turmoil on no one.

  8. I too am a victim. I was not allowed an attorney, I was not told I was signing away my freedom, I was not given due process. My children at home have to suffer for this.

  9. i am a 30year victim, lost everything and damaged background due to falure to pay conviction, became hard to find a job, lost all my property money taxes children driving i mean everything. change this system as once…

  10. I too have been destroyed. My license suspended lead to job loss, to loss of vehicle, to homelessness. Now it has been a year and no job, no license, no money and nowhere to live. This is not the greatest country in the world.

The truth is that most Americans are victims of the Bradley Amendment, but they just don’t know it yet, not realizing the freedoms they gave up for the Feds to bring this legislation about. Since then, the USA has had a continual erosion of rights and privacy.
