Men are unhappy. Women should be unhappy too. Child Support has degenerated into a system of Child Support Agencies that benefit from using fraud and corruption to extract money from innocent males. The federal child support system is forcing males to pay child support for children they are not related to or the father of, even if there is DNA evidence presented that proves the man in question is not the biological father. The majority of females who refuse to pay child support are given impunity from the law system to a large degree, while males who fail to pay child support are punished severely, even if they do not have the financial resources to be able to make child support payments. These unconstitutional rulings violate human rights and civil rights.
State and Federal Corruption Of Child Support Agencies
Child Support Agencies are producing corrupt and fraudulent rulings is because:
1. Child Support Agencies and the State Government profit from it financially.
2. Child Support Agencies aren’t legally required to offer any proof to substantiate rulings.
The Child Support Agencies rarely investigate the accusations made by the mother and any physical evidence that would prove the mother’s accusation is fraudulent. Mothers are assumed to be innocent until proved guilty. Men are assumed guilty until proved innocent. If the man in question obtains a DNA test that proves he is not the biological father of the child he is accused of fathering, this evidence is considered irrelevant. If the father had a vasectomy that left him with a zero sperm count prior to the birth of the child, this evidence is considered irrelevant.
Child Support Agencies are permitted to hide such evidence so that it cannot be used in defense of the man accused of being the father. The Child Support Agencies will send the order of Child Support to an invalid address, as the man accused is therefore unable to respond to the claim during the allotted time he has to respond, as he is unaware of the claim made against him. In this situation he is therefore forced to pay otherwise he is placed in jail and cannot argue against the claim.

Well Willie: Why don’t you post some of the laws up here, so we can exame them. I,ve quoted and cited several U.S.C. codes, but it goes on deaf ears, by design. not by law or constitution. My arrest was an unlawful arrest. I have yet to see the writ of body or the warrant. The whole time the judge is addressing me, I stare at the Constitution and Bill of Rights hanging on the wall behind him. Makes me sick. after reading many of these testimonials i have to asked myself is it worth being a law abiding American citizen anymore. i think we should all form our own nation and plot a revolution of our own. it is clear that overt evil, and malicious forces are guiding the destinies of many good men and fathers toward some female dominant takeover. i can’t believe man had lost his place this much. i mean it sings the song “WOMAN WAS CREATED FIRST”. i am reading laws which clearly support the men’s positions are being denied.

I’ve been paying Child Support and I dont know where to start with the issues I have about the Child Support Process. I was ordered to pay $999 a month in 2007. I was 22 years old and I was working full-time and putting myself through college at the time. I had my own 2 bedroom apartment and a car that was paid for. After the order, the payment was made retro active to the filling date which was 6 months. I went from no debt to nearly $6,000 in debt over night. I emptied out my savings account which had about $6,500 at the time. That is a lot of money for a 22 year old! Payments were garnished from my check at work for child support and my managers at my job began to treat me different as if I was instantly a deadbeat because I had backed child support. Since then I was unable to afford my own apartment and had to move into my mother’s house. I was in a sales position which if anyone is in sales, you know the first thing you have to sell is yourself. Slowly over the process of a few years, I was unable to afford to keep myself groomed nor able to afford decent work clothes or the cleaners bill I once was able to swing to keep me looking professional at work. I cant seem to get back on my feet because every check I get gets garnished and I only have enough money to feed myself. I was granted visitation, but when my son is here to visit, we take interest in activities that are free. I cant afford to take my son to a football game or anything of the sort because I give all of my money to his mother, and I’m sure he thinks that she is the one that works hard to buy him the finer things in life, even though its my hard earned money. I went to court for physical custody but was denied because I dont have my own home or a room for him because the courts have already sucked me dry of that opportunity. I have recently lost my job due to cut backs and I receive unemployment, and I filed to have the order changed due to my financial circumstances, but the case has been rescheduled for 10 months from now. Meanwhile I am accumulating Child Support debt that is on my credit report, and I dont have the luxury of cutting back my spending because nearly $1,000 is owed every month. I am tempted to sell my car for cash, but I know that is my last hope at getting a decent job that I can travel to on my own. Bottom line the courts could give two shits and a giggle at my situation and has already labeled me a deadbeat even though I was denied custody and only given 1 weekend a month in visitation. Oh might I add my son’s mother is married to a registered sex offender for indecent liberty with a minor, and I STILL couldnt get custody!? But I’m tired of typing and tired of talking about the situation. Removing the “deadbeat” title is as difficult as proving you arent crazy. The more passionate you get, the crazier you look. I’ve just have rolled over and taken the inevitable fact that Im screwed, and will probably end up in jail if I cant keep up on payments. They say that its all in the best interest of the child but Im trying to figure out the benefit of putting a child’s father in debt or jail!?!?
for starters, you have to decide that the system is wrong and that you are still a good person, a person of value, value that cannot be taken away by anyone. That may seem like no consolation, but believe me, you aren’t crazy or deadbeat, except by the definition of madmen. You must have a paradigm shift in your thinking. When the government treats grown adults as bad children or slaves, the result will ultimately upend the authority that seeks the madness. That is history! Sorry that I can’t offer legal advice or make it go away or I would. In the meantime, as long as you quake with fear and send them exactly what they demand, they won’t blink. They can only take so much of your unemployment benefits. What do they expect you to do, rob a bank? Hardly. You can’t get blood from a turnip goes the old saying. Marcus, you are dealing with pure evil. When you allow God to guide you, you will have justice sooner or later, but sooner than you probably think. Pray for protection. You will receive it. Believe it. God is not your imagination. Things can get tough and you will feel vulnerable. That is because you are. Even when you were living well, you were vulnerable. Life is often a struggle. That won’t change. Don’t give up. Draw closer to Him and take courage. Running around in circles won’t solve your problem. Remember that your child is not your god. Neither is the woman that bore that child. The government isn’t on your side. It is murdering you without killing you and is blood-guilty as such – accountable for the judgment that it will reap, including the people that serve it to do such evil. There is no excuse for it. this is information about garnishments. U.S. DEPT OF THE TREASURY has passed a new regulation as of may 2011. the new law requires and mandated direct deposit. no more paperchecks which heartless collectors can’t get their hands on. arrangements must be done in the next year.
this new law allow debt deduction before you are sent a benefit. again intercepting your money before you get it.
the agencies and instutitions are forming a fortess of finanacial control. so anybody who has a tax refund will only be allow to receive what uncaring minds decide.

Constitutional law isn’t an answer for a system that doesn’t care. Legal precedence makes sure of that, yet that is the solution, finding law that prohibits or that, in court, could prohibit this law, at least if it is taken to the Supreme Court. This was scuttled in 2006. More people need to care. We need a movement.

With the gargantuan size of the child support industry, it almost goes without saying that the system has plenty of people who would seek to take advantage of the flood of money that flows through child support collections offices.
One of several recent reports includes the story out of Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott’s office. In February, Eloisa Garcia Casso pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud the United States as alleged in a second superseding indictment returned by a Laredo federal grand jury on Feb. 1, 2011. This criminal activity was done while Casso was employed in the Child Support Division of the Texas Attorney General. Casso pleaded guilty to United States District Judge Diana Saldana. Sentencing for Casso is scheduled for May 20, 2011.

Casso, a former employee of the Texas Attorney General’s Office Child Support Division, illegally obtained identifying information of applicants seeking state assistance during the course of her employment. Casso, along with her co-conspirators, used this information to electronically file false Form 1040 tax returns on behalf of victims, directing the fraudulent income tax refunds to bank accounts that she either owned or had access to. Casso admitted to receiving or attempting to receive in excess of $80,000 during the course of the conspiracy which spanned from January 2001 through March 2005.
Where there is a wealth of money under the oversight of our government entities, there will surely be people ready to steal from the till. Texas Attorney General prides himself on rounding up fathers who are behind in their child support and enjoys publicizing their names. Meanwhile, people under his charge are stealing from the child support division. It took an FBI investigation for anything to be done about it.
While you’ll find plenty of information about how Greg Abbott’s office is seeking public help in finding people behind on child support, publishing their names in the paper, and how seriously he takes these efforts, you’ll find scant little information about employees who are stealing tens-of-thousands of dollars out of his very own child support division
