Unconstitutional Criminalization Oppresses Parents

One of the most oppressive and downright illegal developments in modern society is the criminalization of parents for debt. In many cases, this debt cannot be legally substantiated, especially considering that the Bradley Amendment is unconstitutional on multiple counts. Compare this to the reaction of the Federal government against the State of Arizona with illegal immigration law, an attempt to remedy a blight on the nation. Clearly, the schizophrenic Feds do not see the reality of situation as they demand complete control over States and States Rights for their own distorted agenda.

It is noted by the media that parents who can’t afford to pay arrears are not charged with a crime. How this criteria is actually met remains a mystery since the debt continues to skyrocket, regardless of the physical condition of the NCP. In the case that the hapless soul actually recovers from life threatening disability or accident, he or she is due to be criminalized if they don’t move fast enough to satisfy “authorities.”

The NCP is unable to change the debt amount when recession or job loss hits, resulting in unavoidable debt because of an unresponsive court system that could care less. The nation is full of parents that face chronic unemployment. Who can afford legal services when they are living on unemployment benefits or on the street? Scarcely one, most would know. Most non-custodial parents have been reduced to slave labor and the wages that go along with it. They are beggars reduced to pawns of society.

The damage inflicted on the American family is impossible to calculate.  Meanwhile, Obama and the Federal government continued to advertise this “Father’s Day” that dads must give their due; that this is only the human thing to do. They completely discount the insurmountable oppression and the specter of a new type of debtors’ prison, bringing back an immoral and condemned European commodity of the past. What is worse is that this “child debt” cannot be eradicated by legitimate bankruptcy.  Despite the latest “Father’s Day” propaganda, most unemployed divorced dads have been reduced to little or nothing, with the same support orders and a never-ending “can-do” attitude required.

To make matters worse in support of Federal Bradley Law, many states and municipalities make a charge of criminal nonsupport. In  Ohio, the perception of non-support is a fifth-degree felony with a maximum sentence of a year in prison. Many custodial parent sociopaths and cooperative community leaders angrily and eagerly ply their vengeance as they parade mug shots and seek to hunt down divorced parents, usually men, in the style of 1984 or Farenheit 451. Yes, America is now the stuff of science fiction authors. America has become a truly lawless nation, with laws that don’t even support the humanism that “we” claim to proclaim. America has become a land of oppression that violates the Constitution, while the Feds go after States that attempt to follow the nation’s founding documents as they seek to solve problems that the Feds won’t deal with.

Lack of financial support from absent parents can be devastating to the health and well-being of these children,” says prosecutor Bill Mason. He doesn’t consider that men cannot see their children, much less support them. Because of this financial and spiritual blight cast upon the nation by a mindlessly hateful and feminist court system, mothers have been encouraged to dump fathers when the going gets tough so that they can depend on “Uncle Sam.” Custodial parents are then imprisoned by the same problems in raising children that non-custodial parents have: the lack of finances. The reality is that nothing has changed except that a whole segment of America now depends on government to survive. Meanwhile, parents still struggle to raise decent “law-abiding” children in a land of the ruling hand that lacks any semblance of love or decency. The nation of politics has all these matters summed up in one nice ball of responsibility focused on fathers. You don’t hear any sage advice about responsibility being dispensed to mothers. This is assumed even though mothers are not always “all that.”

Slavery, in itself is nothing new. In fact, this nation was founded on it. We still seek slaves to command. If not illegals to serve our needs, then non-custodial parents. The nation would rather look the other way. This evil against American citizens continues unabated during the worst “recession” of decades, while untold millions continue to bite the dust, impoverished by crushing and immoral debt.

The Courts and Paternity

Maryland’s Court of Special Appeals has ruled that a man must pay child support even though a paternity test proved he is not the father of a child born during his marriage.

Mistake 1:
For nearly 13 years, Darren Kamp said he was the father of the child, even though the girl was born four years after his vasectomy.
Mistake 2:
When Kamp and Vicki Jo Duckworth divorced in 1999, he did not contest the girl’s paternity.

He reversed that position six years later during legal proceedings seeking an increase in child support.

The Court of Special Appeals ruled that a Garrett County Circuit judge should not have approved Kamp’s request for genetic testing without considering the best interests of the child. The higher court concluded that because of the judge’s error “it follows that the court erred in terminating (Kamp’s) child support obligation based on the paternity test results.”

Supporting a child that is not yours is a wonderful thing to do on the surface. You are helping a child you care about. Unfortunately, the legal eagles don’t look at things that way. You have informally adopted the child and claimed dad status. This doesn’t hold up in many states. Apparently, Maryland is different.

All the nice wonderful men have a job to do when the wife they love commits adultery and has a child that is not from the marriage or union. Un-delicately put, it’s time to kick the “ho” with the loose britches to the curb and walk the other way forever. Being a “good boy” in this way is setting up life for a round of useless tragedy. Life is too short.

Fox zeroes in on 'Bad Dads'

Fox Network zeroes in on ‘Bad Dads’

Check out the dangerous and subversive mentality of this show…

After embracing the dark side of reality television with its marriage-busting hit “The Moment of Truth,” Fox’s newest project taps the power of its unscripted division for the forces of good.

The network has ordered a pilot from 3Ball Productions, in which an avenger of penniless single mothers hunts down deadbeat dads and forces them to pay child support.

Jim Durham, director of the National Child Support Center, functions as a sort of “Dog the Bounty Hunter” for tracking deadbeats. In the pilot, a financially destitute mom is contrasted with her wealthy ex-husband, who is living the high life. Durham confronts the man at his country club to shake him down in front his friends. It’s ambush reality TV — but for a noble cause.

“(Durham) calls them on the phone and gives them the chance to do the right thing,” said executive producer JD Roth (“The Biggest Loser,” “Beauty and the Geek”). “Of course, those calls are never met with anything but yelling. Then he goes into their life, finds out what kind of assets they have and makes their lives miserable — foreclose on their house, repossess their car. He will squeeze them until the women get paid.”

Roth sold the idea to Fox with the title “Deadbeat Dads.” But Fox president of alternative entertainment Mike Darnell famously concocts his own catchy titles for his shows. (“Nothing but the Truth” became “The Moment of Truth,” and “Do You Remember 5th Grade?” morphed into “Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?”) Darnell has rechristened “Deadbeat Dads” with the very-Fox working title “Bad Dads.”

Sluggish government agencies often fail to persuade financially liable fathers to pay child support. As of 2006, the nation’s cumulative uncollected child support stood at about $105 billion, according to U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Last year’s federal budget cuts could make the problem even worse, potentially adding about $11 billion in uncollected child support over the next 10 years.

Durham’s National Child Support Center is one of several collection agencies that serve as a last resort for neglected single mothers. Some critics say such companies do more harm than good. Child support collectors have been accused of charging steep fees and using ultra-aggressive tactics. Durham bills his clients 34% of whatever he collects.

Roth counters that Durham’s clients typically feel so abandoned by the court system that they’re relieved to get any money at all. Plus, he said Durham is the only collector who extracts interest owed on the outstanding debt, so his clients often receive more money than if the absent dads had simply paid their bills.

As for the aggressive tactics, child support is not considered a debt per se, but an order of the court. Collectors are therefore not subject to following the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, which regulates what tactics a collection agency can employ to collect a debt.

“I’m hoping that eventually this show changes how courts see deadbeat dads and how moms have to deal with it,” Roth said.

If greenlighted to series, “Bad Dads” will provide Fox a fresh take on the law enforcement reality show, a genre the network pioneered with such Saturday night staples as “Cops” and “America’s Most Wanted.”

“I’ve seen ‘Cops,’ and I want to watch more than a crack addict with his pants around his ankles running away from a police car,” Roth said. “These guys owe money, and they should pay.”
